E xamples

Examples are invaluable when becoming familiar with a new program, so we've provided a wide variety of sample button bars. You can view the examples, experiment with them, and use them as the basis for creating your own unique button bars.

It's important to realize that the included examples only scratch the surface of what's possible using the applet: the only real limitation is your imagination.

Before you begin, note that you can click the buttons without worrying about what will happen. We've purposely left button actions undefined to make it more convenient for you to experiment with how the buttons work. In actual use, you'll normally want to define a URL to load or a JavaScript function to call when a button is clicked.

After you select an example page, to load an example click the example's preview image. This will cause the example to load as well a listing of the button bar definition used to create the example.
